<description>We are focusing on engaging the fathers at work more in the salary sacrifice benefits and support offered by the Trust. I recently attending a NHS Network Meeting where we agreed that we should do a promotional period focusing on fathers at work and advised them of your website to look at.

If you would like to be engaged in the promotional process of focusing and supporting fathers at work then please advise by return and we would be happy to create a strategy with yourselves involved across the whole of the Sussex, Surrey and Kent NHS.
